Principal Engineer

Jim is the founder of H Group Inc. Structural engineering and is proud to lead the team.  Besides having a deep and broad understanding of structural and construction engineering, Jim is an excellent communicator and collaborator.  Known for his ability to work well with contractors, consultants, and owners alike - his priority is to work with your construction team to mitigate risk and solve problems.

Jim oversees our well oiled engineering team.  He is familiar with all projects and available to clients at any time.  Call and ask Jim your questions, he will be pleased to share his knowledge.

Design Manager

Mr. Richardson leads the design team at Heninger Structural Engineering with a long working history in the field of architectural and structural design and drawing development. With initial beginnings in commercial retail design, to larger scale industrial and residential projects, he has overseen design for a large number of projects in his experience with Irving Oil Limited, Ocean Steel and Construction and M&D Drafting Ltd.

Engineering Manager

Expert in structural modeling, Mr. Aghazadeh is experienced with large projects, including 10 years overseas underground subway design.  Educated in Gilan University’s Civil Engineering Department, Reza’s expertise includes concrete, structural steel, masonry, static, and dynamic analysis.

Reza supervises junior engineer and technologist design and is available to our clients to answer any of your technical questions.  His experience with commercial and residential projects is broad.
