This three story structural steel office building presently set on compacto pile and gradebeam foundations required numerous design options by the client.

Innovations:
• First designed to be attached to an existing building, last minute site changes required the structure to be stand alone. Heninger Structural Engineering efficiently and quickly modified the design capitalizing on new parameters to reduce costs in spite of new limitations imposed.
• Complex transfer floor joists could not be designed by the steel joist supplier chosen for the work. H.S.E. provided additional specialized design services and detailing to this end allowing the contractor to stay with the supplier of choice and avoid costs of switching to a new more expensive supplier.
