Heninger Structural Engineering has worked together with Xemex Contracting since 2006 and continues to enjoy providing services on their numerous and varying projects. Xemex has focused on Auto dealership renovations and modifications, but has also been involved in a number of other commercial and industrial projects which have required our structural expertise.

Of special note have been recent complex and extensive structural changes associated with renovations of the Alberta Trade Centre on 10th Ave and numerous warehouse, office, and amenities buildings in the City’s Manchester Yard.

Faced with construction management challenges of large variability, Cormode and Dickson has found consistent solutions through consultation with our company.
